E/I Maintenance Supervisor

The Electrical and Instrumentational (E&I) Supervisor will be responsible for supporting our business strategy through the use of established maintenance processes.This will be accomplished through the utilization of safe work practices and procedures, use of CMMS scheduling process, the planned work backlog, technical information and references while utilizing Best Maintenance Practices and Precision Techniques as the guiding principles to perform all work.
Must be able to learn and understand all aspects of the Asset Maintenance Process and our CMMS (Passport) system. Successful Candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent problem solving skills, data analysis skills, including troubleshooting.Must be able to work as a team and effectively communicate with employees and managers.This Role also provides technical support for efficient troubleshooting and or problem solving activities and E&I repair to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.
High School Diploma or GED required; prefer technical training in engineering discipline, or Bachelors Degree in related field.
A minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience A minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in 480V Switchgear and Power Distribution lighting systems System and Equipment Grounding National Electrical Code NFPA70 Electrical Safe Work Practices NVPA70E Motor Controls and Motor control Centers Variable frequency drives, PLC, DCS, Controls troubleshooting knowledge Rockwell ControlLogix Platform and RSLogix5000 Ethernet Communications for ControlLogix Instrumentation to include troubleshooting and repair of level, flow, temperature transmitters (Rosemont, Honeywell, etc.) analytical (ph, orp, conductivity), consistency, kappa, others (Rosemont, Honeywell, etc.).
Automated valve experience, assembling, installing, smart positioners and components involved with building these up. Instrument protocol types and familiarization, foundation field bus, profibus, Hart, others Work tools software, Microsoft programs you are proficient in and have used frequently.
