CUSTOMER SERVICE REP II

Description:

Responsibilities:
The customer service representative is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely communication with our accounts, sales representatives and manufacturing group.
The job requires order entry, specification review and follow up communication.

Education:
Four year or associate's degree preferable, but not required.

Basic Qualifications:
Three to five years of customer service or packaging job related experience.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:
Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
The applicant must be professional, organized, multi-task oriented with strong communication and problem solving skills.
