Koch Heat Transfer Houston is currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative.
Review customer inquiries for scope of work to be performed and provide quotations in a timely manner using market based pricing. Work independently and with available resources to coordinate delivery and technical clarifications while maintaining compliance with laws, job specifications, and procedures. Must be able to work in an open environment and have a basic understanding for manufacturing and fabrication processes. Apply the Strategies and Vision for KHTC that will enable us to exceed customer and management expectations by discovery and innovation, high standards and expectations, best practices and focus to capture all opportunities to maximize profitability.
Work Experience/ Skills Required
* Have some understanding of Heat Transfer, ASME, TEMA, NACE and/or API
* Have experience reviewing drawings and reading specifications.
* Previous experience working with customers in a sales role
* Have knowledge of MS Office applications
* Must be open to change
Work Experience/ Skills Preferred
* The ideal candidate would have a deep[ understanding of the pressure vessel/heat exchanger business, specifically the fabrication process, metallurgy and code requirements.
* Prior use of Microsoft access and Visibility
