Shipping Superintendent  

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for operating crews in Shipping and Unitizing.   

Description:   
Provide leadership to direct the overall performance of the department, including safety, quality, productivity, cost and personnel development for approximately 50 people. The operation includes unitizing and palletizing equipment, conveyor and sorting systems, barge loading operation and mobile equipment.  

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, or other related discipline.
* 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial setting. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a pulp & paper mill.
* Experience working with SAP.
